Datebook: Obsessively making to-do lists since 1990

Graduate Studio, 2009

I obsessively record to-dos, and literally highlight items to cross things off my never-ending lists. By using a color system to represent my completed tasks, I unknowingly began mapping my thesis at the beginning of the Fall Semester of my final year at the Rhode Island School of Design and continued through the Winter and Spring. Doing this allowed me to record and see the change in my work habits throughout the year. This archive was then implemented into a regimented system of time-based animation, which yielded the culminating project of my thesis study.
